We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: • **With Property Owners**: tenant profile (name, Trust Score, KYC status) when a booking is initiated. • **With Tenants**: owner contact details after a booking is confirmed. • **With Buddy Inspectors**: property address and appointment details for scheduled inspections. • **With Service Providers**: payment processors (Razorpay), cloud storage (AWS S3), and analytics providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations. • **For Legal Compliance**: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We take security seriously: • All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. • KYC documents are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with restricted access. • We use JWT tokens with short expiry times and secure httpOnly cookies. • Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
