How We Started
ComfoBuddyRental was founded in 2023 after our co-founders — both ex-tenants who had been cheated by misleading listings — decided enough was enough. The Indian rental market was full of outdated photos, hidden charges, and zero accountability.
We built a platform around one core idea: verified, physical inspections before every booking. Our network of trained Buddy inspectors visits every property, records a live walkthrough, and certifies it before it appears on ComfoBuddyRental.
Today we operate across 20+ cities in India, with over 15,000 verified listings and a community of 50,000+ tenants who trust us with their home search.
